The homes still generate the simplicity of the time that blended so perfectly with a warm and inviting atmosphere, which is still apparent on every street in the neighborhood.
As you drive through Levittown down tree-lined streets bordered by sidewalks, fences, and landscaped yards, you’ll see examples of creative renovations that took the original structure to another level of style with second-story additions, detailed facades, or a touch of Victorian flair. The changes have only served to enhance an already desirable neighborhood rich in history and community spirit. Since its beginnings 60+ years ago, Levittown has retained and supported its focus on family roots.
Levittown is bordered by the Southern State Pkwy to the south, Northern Stare Pkwy to the north, Wantagh State Pkwy to the west and Hempstead Bethpage Turnpike to the east providing easy access when you’re out and about. Although it is set apart and in a peaceful world of its own, Levittown remains convenient to points of interest, shopping, dining, and entertainment venues.
